Since his first foray into real estate in 1977, Mr. Tulsi Bhimjyani’s operations have been growing substantially, making him a highly respected figure and a key financier in the field. His business acumen and experience are key factors in driving the group towards greater achievements.
Mr. Anshul Bhimjyani
Mr. Anshul Bhimjyani began his career at a prominent hedge fund in New York. Today, he heads T. Bhimjyani Realty’s Operations, Finance, Compliance and Legal functions. His keen insights have helped T. Bhimjyani Realty make significant progress in the field of real estate.
Mr. Devang Bhimjyani
An alumnus of University of Southern California, Devang Bhimjyani brings a contemporary dynamism to traditional business ethics. As Director of T. Bhimjyani Realty, he leads the Business Development and Marketing Operations.

MR. ASHIT VORA
Founder of Vora & Associates, Mr. Ashit Vora has contributed to the development and restoration of several projects since 1977. In heading T. Bhimjyani Realty’s Projects division, Mr. Vora brings substantial value to the company with his insights and knowledge of real estate and architecture. His expertise of 26 years has already been a key factor in the development of Neelkanth Woods, and will continue to be a part of our endeavors.
Mr. Rishikesh Tanna
Mr. Rishikesh Tanna is an alumnus of Fairmont State College, West Virginia University, United States. Mr. Rishikesh Tanna started his career with Jones Lang LaSalle (India) as an executive in the year 2004, in the commercial office space leasing & sales department. He serviced major MNC clients like Deutsche Bank, Macquarie Bank, Commonwealth Bank, National Australia Bank, KBC Bank, NCR, MasterCard, Michael Page, Regus Business Centre, Integreon Managed Solutions, Canara HSBC Insurance Company, ICICI AMC, L’Oreal, and many more. After his tenure at Jones Lang LaSalle as an Associate Director, he joined T. Bhimjyani Realty as Head - Sales.
